It was a beautiful Saturday on the Black Canyon Trail. Total trip time was 5.5 hours and right around 3.5 hours rolling time. We were treated with extreme green, warm weather, and great trail conditions. Water was flowing at 175 cfs in the Aqua Fria which made for two exciting river crossings and a completely different experience than my last trip there in early fall.
We didn’t have a camera along but I was able to find some good pics here.
Sunday involved some hiking and wildflower viewing. I’m feeling renewed and ready to face the week ahead. I’m off to Florida!
